There are weddings that feel like sunshine — and this one truly was.
From the moment Ellen and Albert arrived at Gold Coast Farm, it was clear this day was going to be something special. Every part of their celebration felt full of life, laughter, and deep meaning. Their wedding wasn’t just beautiful (though it really was); it was the kind of day where you could feel how much joy and love surrounded them from start to finish.
The morning kicked off with one of our favorite parts of the day: the Chinese tea ceremony, which was the perfect mix of heartfelt tradition and absolute hilarity. Before Albert could see his bride, he and his groomsmen had to pass a series of tests — and let’s just say, they didn’t hold back. From eating wasabi and soy sauce straight to building a human pyramid and singing “I Want It That Way” in full boy band spirit, the groomsmen games had everyone laughing (and cheering). Once Albert made it through the gauntlet, the tea ceremony itself brought everything back to a grounded, meaningful space — a beautiful way to honor both families and where they came from.
e2Beauty made sure Ellen and her bridal party looked flawless (and still felt like themselves).
The rest of the day was just as full of energy, warmth, and love. The ceremony took place in the middle of a field of sunflowers, led by the kind and thoughtful Raul Arrieta.
Pierre of DJ Expressions (@deejaycapital) brought the perfect vibe to the reception.
The day was filled with bright, beautiful florals by Daisy’s Flowers.
Grace Catering served an unforgettable delicious multi-Chinese course feast that brought everyone to the table.
Ellen and Albert’s wedding was playful, romantic, deeply rooted, and overflowing with laughter. It was such a reflection of who they are — and we were honored to be there to tell their story.
congratulations
To Ellen and Albert,
It was such a gift to witness your day and the way you love each other — with joy, depth, and so much real laughter. Thank you for letting us in to capture something so personal and true. We hope every time you look back at these memories, you’re reminded not just of how beautiful the day was, but how deeply you’re loved.
Cheering you on in this next chapter and always, my darlings.
With love,
